In all jackpot games, when the pot reaches $15, two (2) dollars are taken and placed into the jackpot drop box. The funds generated are kept in a jackpot progressive pool. Funds in the jackpot progressive account are used to pay Bad Beat Jackpots. All funds will be returned to the players in cash or promotional prizes.

Every back-up jackpot has a predetermined seed amount. Texas Hold’Em and Omaha have starting seeds of $2500. Seven-Card Stud has a seed of $1,200.
In Seven-Card Stud, jackpots will be paid when Aces Full of Jacks or better is beaten.
In Texas Hold’Em, jackpots will be paid when Aces Full of Queens or better is beaten. To be eligible for a Bad Beat in Texas Hold’Em, both the winning and losing hands must meet the following conditions:
The hand must be the player’s best possible five card hand
Both cards in each player’s hand must be used in making the best possible five card hand (a kicker that ties the board will play)
In order for a player to have a qualifying Aces Full of Queens or Aces Full of Kings, at least one hole card MUST be an Ace (meaning that three Aces on the board combined with a pair of Queens or Kings in a player’s hand does not qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot) with both the hole cards in each player’s hand making the best possible five card hand.
In Omaha, jackpots will be paid when four jacks or better is beaten. Both player’s Omaha hands MUST use two cards from their hand and three cards from the board to qualify.
If more than two hands qualify for the 50% or the 25% share of any jackpot, only the two highest ranking qualifying hands will be considered. All remaining hands will receive a table share ONLY. If two or more hands tie for one of the qualifying 50% or the 25% shares, the two or more players will split the qualifying share equally.
Payouts will be as follows for all Jackpots, Hold’Em, Stud and Omaha:1 - 50% to the losing hand of the top two qualifying hands2 - 25% to the winning hand of the top two qualifying hands3 - 25% to the rest of the players at the table who received cards for that particular hand 1.Player’s share means that you received cards for that hand but were NOT one of the top two qualifying hands. The top two qualifying hands are defined as the 50% and 25% winners.
Short-handed games (three or less players) are not eligible for jackpots and will not be subject to the jackpot drop. Structured games $20/$40 or higher and No Limit games with blinds $5/$10 or higher will not be eligible for jackpots and will not be subject to the jackpot drop.
Winners must be 21 years of age or older and must provide a valid picture I.D. All State and Federal taxes will be withheld from the winners in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.
Management decisions are final.
